Monday I started to work out again. I went to an anytime fitness near my girlfriend's place. She joined me and we both had a good time. I feel this is something we both can continue to do together.
Starting Strength novice
Squat - 185
Press - 85
Deadlift - 205
Lifted completely.
I plan on repeating the same weights for 3 or 4 sessions before I start increasing. I am also happy with my squat technique, I will continue to keep my knees out.
